| Message: | I was privileged to catch the DP gig at The Tivoli about six weeks ago now. Oh my goodness...they were absolutely magical. 'Doughboy' is definitely in my top 5 albums of all time, and the live performance was absolutely sensational. Ronnie has lost none of his stage presence...still as sexy as ever. I once had a 'Rolling Stone' containing an interview with Ronnie and pictures of him standing naked in a friend's clawfoot bath. How I wish I'd kept this article. Does anyone happen to have a copy of this they'd be willing to relinquish or photocopy? |

I have always been a huge DP fan - I loved the reunion for the Doughboy shows, but really missed the early 90's line up with Chris and Robbie playing together - DP never played tighter or better than during that period! Still, I can't wait to see them again - I have my Homebake tickets! | Message: | First signed guestbook on 30/7/02 What a difference 5 and a half years makes! I was living overseas during the final shows and missing them is one of my biggest regrets. I was overjoyed (more than you can imagine) when I learned about the Don't Look Back performances. Thanks for what I consider one of life's best second chances. And I got to hear Doused in Sydney, as I asked way back then! |
